RGA Sponsorship Forms

If you are holding an event to raise money for the RGA, please download and use one of the following forms. There are 2 formats available - Word and PDF. If you have Microsoft Word please use this version as you will be able to customise the form before you print it.

PDF Version: Please download, print and write on the details of your event - don't forget to include the date of the event. Please e-mail details of your event to the office (office@restrictedgrowth.co.uk). This will help us if there are any enquiries about your event made to the office.

Word Version: Please download, amend the details of your event and then print - don't forget to include the date of the event. Once you have altered the form, please e-mail details of your event and a copy of the sponsorship form to the office (office@restrictedgrowth.co.uk). This will help us if there are any enquiries about your event made to the office.
